TERMS OF USE

When you place an order with Mummys Favourite™, or sign up to our reminder programme, you automatically enter into the terms and conditions set out below.

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Goods (non perishables) may be returned if they are in new condition and haven't been opened. Buyer will be charged for postage.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Mummys Favourite™ to be authorised to do so.

Please be vigilant when entering delivery details. It is crucial that names and addresses are entered correctly as it could mean re-delivery if they are incorrect. Unfortunately we will need to pass the cost onto you. We have the right to refuse sale if delivery costs exceed twenty dollars.

We suggest that the gift is delivered to your place of work if you are not at home full time.

It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Liquor Control Act 1988). For all gifts with alcohol included, the purchaser and recipient must be aged over 18 years and available to receive delivery. All alcohol must be as a gift and delivered to the recipient, not to the purchaser.
